Built by Keymark Construction, the 30,000-square-foot facility expands clinical capacity while providing efficient, patient-focused space designed to serve the community for years to come.

Our team managed the project from site preparation through finishing, coordinating trades and schedules to deliver a building that meets the hospital’s goals for efficiency, flexibility, and durability. The Health Annex includes adaptable layouts for multiple practices, advanced infrastructure to support medical technology, and finishes designed for the demands of daily use.

The Health Annex now serves as a cornerstone of the SCCH campus and an example of Keymark’s expertise in healthcare construction.
