More Info: Simons' Legacy Suites is a multi-family recovery housing project designed to provide a stable and supportive environment for pregnant and parenting women. The development features nine residential units—three fully accessible—organized around a landscaped central courtyard. Two community multi-purpose rooms, a shared kitchen, laundry facilities, and an on-site daycare create opportunities for connection and daily convenience. Built with long-term durability and resident comfort in mind, the structure blends efficient layout, resilient materials, and thoughtful design to foster safety, privacy, and a sense of home.
