More Info: The River Valley Apartments project is part of Thrive West Central’s Homes for the Future program, created to expand quality, accessible housing in Terre Haute. Located on North 4th Street near Union Hospital, the development includes four buildings with a total of 40 apartments, each designed to support low-income, rent-restricted residents. Every unit features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a walk-in pantry, laundry room, individual garage, and a private porch. To ensure accessibility, 15% of the apartments are ADA-compliant, making it possible for residents to age in place. The community also benefits from shared amenities including a dedicated community building with a computer station, gym, laundry room, storage, and management offices.
