Jacob Hellmann

Jacob Hellmann P.E. LEED AP

Jacob is responsible for all aspects of the company including development planning, pre-construction, contract negotiation, cost control and client relationships.

Prior to joining Keymark, Jacob worked for Duke Realty Corporation as a Construction Project Manager. While at Duke, Jacob managed various medical, office, retail and industrial projects. Many of these projects were in excess of $40 million and located throughout the state of Ohio.

Jacob is a Licensed Professional Engineer and also an Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council for Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED).

Jacob earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton.

Stefanie Hellman

Stefanie is responsible for employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

Prior to joining Keymark, Stefanie worked for Honda Engineering North America as an Engineer. She supported eight of Honda's Paint Departments throughout North America, Canada and Mexico.

Stefanie earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton.

Stefanie currently serves on the School Commission at St. Patrick School of the Terre Haute Deanery.

Jordan Davidson

Vice President

A native of Marshall, IL, Jordan serves as Vice President at Keymark. His responsibilities include all aspects of financial management, reporting and risk management. He also leads the efforts in budgeting, forecasting, cost controls and benefits administration.  

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Harding University. Prior to joining Keymark, Jordan worked as a staff accountant at White Construction and BKD, LLP.

When he’s not analyzing spreadsheets, Jordan and his wife Loramy, stay busy with their four children. As a family, the Davidson’s are active with their local church which provides serving opportunities in the community. Jordan has served on the board of directors of Camp Wabashi since 2009, serving two terms as President of the board.  

Jordan remains involved in the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), the United Way Of The Wabash Valley’s Real Men Read Program and has been a saxophone player in the Marshall Community Band since 1998 while also serving on its board as Vice-President.

Dave Brewer

Dave serves as Vice President at Keymark Construction for Zionsville and the greater Indianapolis area -  where he provides executive leadership across operations, project delivery and strategic growth initiatives. He focuses on team planning, risk mitigation, constructability, contract management and process improvement to ensure strong client outcomes and efficient project execution.

Prior to joining Keymark, Dave spent more than a decade with Energy Systems Group (ESG) as Public Sector Operations Manager for the Central Region, overseeing construction delivery across a twelve-state area. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with Shiel Sexton Company, Kite Realty Group and Hunt Construction Group, managing complex commercial, research, public sector and development projects.

Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.

Karen assists with construction-phase documentation and logistics, coordinating with subcontractors, the project management team, and stakeholders.

Prior to joining Keymark in 2018, Karen worked for Indiana State University for 14 years. This included work for its Educational Leadership Department, Army ROTC, Faculty Senate, and Instructional & Information Technology.

Karen is a native of Terre Haute. She earned a baccalaureate degree in Adult and Career Education through the Department of Human Resource Development & Performance Technologies (HRDPT) at Indiana State. She is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa’s national leadership honor society. In her free time, Karen enjoys family time, gardening, painting, and renovating her historic home.

Drew Shafer

Project Manager

Drew joined the team at Keymark in the fall of 2023, serving as a Project Manager on the Commercial side of the business. A native of Greencastle, he brings 25 years of experience in construction management, primarily in residential and real estate development. He'll use his vast experience and perspective in his new role. 
 
An avid musician, Drew spends his time outside of work performing with local and national acts, including an up-and-coming artist out of Nashville and Terre Haute's popular Tommy Kelly Band. Drew says most weekends you can find him at a gig. 
 
Drew and his wife Tammy have two adult children, Clark and Payton. The family also has two rescue Huskies, Houston and Rocky.

Seth is part of Keymark’s growing project management team, bringing enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong foundation in construction management to every project he supports. He joined Keymark Construction following a successful internship with the company, where his attention to detail and eagerness to learn made a lasting impression.

A graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in Construction Management, Seth developed a well-rounded understanding of the industry through coursework and hands-on projects, including his capstone experience as a project engineer on a mock bid proposal.

Originally inspired by an interest in real estate and home renovation, Seth’s experience at Keymark expanded his focus to include commercial construction, where he continues to grow his technical skills and leadership abilities. He values being part of a team that prioritizes quality, communication, and community impact.

Outside of work, Seth enjoys golfing, staying active through a variety of sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Shane Garner

Shane is responsible for managing residential construction projects, overseeing field operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring quality throughout the building process. His experience includes both single-family and multifamily home construction.

Prior to joining Keymark, Shane worked for Ryan Homes, where he gained hands-on experience managing residential construction projects and contributing to the successful delivery of multiple housing developments.

Shane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, with a focus in Construction Engineering, from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. He is originally from Carlisle, Indiana, and is a graduate of Sullivan High School.

Jeff Laviolett Keymark

Superintendent

Jeff Laviolette serves as Superintendent at Keymark, bringing over 50 years of construction experience. He began his career as a carpenter and laborer, advancing to a carpenter subcontractor and later a general contractor specializing in custom homes and small commercial projects. Notably, Jeffrey was part of the team that built the Cobalt Boat Factory in Lenoir City, TN.

Currently, he is contributing to the construction of a medical office building in Sullivan, IN.

Willie Wyres

William "Willie" Wyres

Willie is responsible for all aspects of the field construction process including site supervision, scheduling, safety, quality control, and overall coordination of field operations.

He has worked in the Greater Terre Haute Area for 40 years overseeing residential and light commercial projects. Projects have included full residential subdivisions, multiple restaurants, Greek housing, and multifamily construction.

The experience Willie provides is essential when the owner is looking for value engineering options. These cost savings are achieved through his comprehensive knowledge of alternate products and construction techniques.

Willie serves on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Greater Terre Haute.

Josh Hapenny

Josh joined the team at Keymark in the summer of 2024, serving as a Superintendent. In his role, Josh is responsible for managing all aspects of the field construction process at Keymark, including site supervision, scheduling, safety compliance, quality control, and overall job site coordination.

Before joining Keymark, Josh spent over a decade with the Carpenters Union, where he honed his skills in various roles, including Layout Engineer. His experience includes leading teams, streamlining operations, and enhancing safety and quality standards, giving him a well-rounded perspective on construction management.

Outside of construction, Josh has a strong passion for photography, cinematography, and aerial media.

Administrative Coordinator

Erika Woods serves as Administrative Coordinator, providing organizational support across daily operations and assisting the project management team and leadership staff. She brings more than 15 years of administrative experience in construction, manufacturing, and retail settings, with strengths in coordination, reporting, and executive support.

Before joining Keymark, Erika worked as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Thompson Thrift, where she managed complex scheduling, travel, operations, and reporting responsibilities. She also served as Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Manufacturing at JADCORE, maintaining large-scale inventory systems and supporting plant operations.

A Terre Haute native, Erika is known for her calm demeanor, initiative, and organizational skill. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, supporting community activities, and pursuing personal interests that reflect her focus on balance and growth.

Jill oversees marketing and communications for Keymark Construction. With more than two decades of experience in marketing and strategy, she brings a comprehensive perspective to Keymark.

Jill holds a MBA in Marketing and Strategic Consulting from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Her expertise spans strategic planning, public relations, analytics, traditional and digital marketing - with a focus on aligning marketing efforts to long-term business goals.

A resident of Terre Haute, Jill enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
