Keymark Construction is a versatile construction group specializing in both Commercial and Residential services. Founded in 2011, Keymark’s vast portfolio includes medical, multifamily and commercial projects, along with custom residential homes. Working on both commercial and residential projects gives Keymark exceptional experience and the ability to produce quality work with attention to detail. A family-owned and operated Terre Haute based business, Keymark’s mission includes serving clients and giving back to the Wabash Valley.

Who We Are

We’re a family-owned and operated business with roots in Terre Haute.

Owner Jacob Hellmann and his wife Stefanie met in engineering classes in college and chose to build their life in Jacob’s hometown of Terre Haute. He attended Terre Haute South High School and then the University of Dayton. After gaining work experience he chose Terre Haute as the place to open a business. The couple, who both hold degrees in engineering, launched Keymark from a small one room office.

The company now employs 13 people, full time. Keymark’s resume of local projects includes businesses, medical offices, custom homes and more. Each project is a proud moment for the company, working with local businesses and families to deliver the best work and product.

Building Community

Not only is the company’s resume impressive, but the things they do outside of work. Keymark dedicates time, supplies and labor to an annual “Day of Service”. Employees volunteer for projects including the creation of a structure for the new farmer’s market in 12 Points and others on the campus of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.

After more than a decade of business in the Wabash Valley, Jacob and his family, along with the entire Keymark team have donated both time, talent and treasure to numerous organizations in the community.
