Keymark Overview

The Keymark Company is a vertically integrated Construction and Building Services Company. The Construction group typically sees a construction volume of $8 million a year in medical, light commercial and multifamily construction. Keymark offers its clients a full service product including full construction, build to suit commercial or custom residential construction. The professional and experienced staff here make Keymark the company you can count on.

Our Team

Jacob A. Hellmann P.E. LEED AP


Jacob is responsible for all aspects of the company including development planning, pre-construction, contract negotiation, cost control and client relationships.

Prior to joining Keymark, Jacob worked for Duke Realty Corporation as a Construction Project Manager. While at Duke, Jacob managed various medical, office, retail and industrial projects. Many of these projects were in excess of $40 million and located throughout the state of Ohio.

Jacob is a Licensed Professional Engineer and also an Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council for Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED).

Jacob earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton.


Bret Cox

Senior Project Manager

Bret is responsible for the successful administration and management of projects, and in most cases, concurrent projects. He leads, directs and coordinates the day-to-day execution of all construction activities, and provides leadership for Project Managers and Project Engineers. 

Bret has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. He possesses the experience and leadership skills required to keep projects on schedule and in budget. Prior to joining Keymark, Bret worked for Wilhelm Construction and Duke Realty. Throughout his career, he has managed construction projects of various size and complexity with the contract value in excess of $100 million throughout the Midwest and Florida. 

Connecting with clients is Bret’s specialty. He balances quality, cost and schedule to meet project deadlines even while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Bret's passion is people and he recognizes that communication is the key to a successful project. 

Bret earned an A.S. in Biblical Studies at Covenant Theological Seminary, holds a 30 hour OSHA Certification, is a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Tennessee, and is a Certified English as a Second Language (ESL) Educator. Bret is also the pastor at the First Baptist Church in Sullivan, Indiana.



William "Willie" D. Wyres

Senior Superintendent

Willie is responsible for all aspects of the field construction process including site supervision, scheduling, safety, quality control, and overall coordination of field operations.

He has worked in the Greater Terre Haute Area for 40 years overseeing residential and light commercial projects. Projects have included full residential subdivisions, multiple restaurants, Greek housing, and multifamily construction.

The experience Willie provides is essential when the owner is looking for value engineering options. These cost savings are achieved through his comprehensive knowledge of alternate products and construction techniques.

Willie serves on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Greater Terre Haute.

Mike Thomas

Field Superintendent

As one of Keymark's field superintendents, Mike acts as a liaison between the architects, owners, and subcontractors. He ensures that quality standards are being met and projects meet their deadlines.

This is Mike's 3rd year working with the Keymark team.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys playing bluegrass music. He plays guitar, mandolin, and is learning the banjo. On weekends he spends time with his friends jamming on instruments.


Jordan S. Davidson

Accounting Manager

Jordan is responsbile for managing the accounting operations of the company, cash management and risk management.

Prior to joining Keymark, Jordan was a Staff Accountant with White Construction. 

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Harding University.

Jordan currently serves as the President of the Wabash Valley Christian Youth Camp and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2009. Jordan is also a member of the Terre Haute Young Leaders.

Stefanie R. Hellmann

Human Resources

Stefanie is responsible for employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.

Prior to joining Keymark, Stefanie worked for Honda Engineering North America as an Engineer. She supported eight of Honda's Paint Departments throughout North America, Canada and Mexico.

Stefanie earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Dayton.

Stefanie currently serves on the Board of Directors of Farrington's Grove Historical District and served as President of the Board from 2014 - 2016.

Karen S. Adams

Office Manager

Karen manages the front office at Keymark Company and assists with construction-phase documentation. Within the construction-phase, she expedites bidding, invoicing, subcontractor correspondence and other documentation.

Prior to joining Keymark, Karen worked for Indiana State University for 14 years. This included work for its Educational Leadership Department, Army ROTC, Faculty Senate, Instructional & Information Technology, and served as Chair of Staff Council.

Karen is a native of Terre Haute. She earned a baccalaureate degree in Adult and Career Education through the Department of Human Resource Development & Performance Technologies (HRDPT) at Indiana State. In her free time, she is an avid gardener, artist, and member of the Terre Haute Rotary Club, Omicron Delta Kappa national leadership honor society, and serves as the  Chair of the Beautification Committee for the 12 Points Revitalization Initiative.


Shanna Bradbury


In the home office, Shanna is at the front lines of phone, mail, and administering daily operations.
